Our starting packages run from about ₹95,000 per person on twin sharing for a three-night budget programme, up to ₹3,50,000 for a week-long premium one. Hotel category, travel month and headcount move the number most — a group of 40 in a shoulder month will usually beat a group of 15 during a major trade fair week.
Three nights is workable for a single-day conference with one evening event. Teams flying from Delhi, Mumbai or Bengaluru typically land in the morning, so day one is arrival and set-up, day two is the conference, and day three can carry a half-day session or a city tour before departure. Add a night if you want a cultural evening or a team activity.
Yes. We check the application list against current requirements, guide each delegate on documents and photographs, and coordinate with the visa application centre on appointment slots. Approval rests with the authorities, so we plan submission timelines with a buffer and flag any delegate whose papers look weak before the fee is paid.
We do — raw or shell scheme space depending on what you are exhibiting, plus stand fabrication support with local partners, storage, and a hotel block for your team near the venue. If you already hold a booth allotment, we can build the travel and stay around your existing stand number and setup schedule.
Smaller groups are easier to customise, not harder. For eight to twelve people we typically move to business-district hotels, private transfers instead of coaches, and a restaurant booking in place of a banquet. Pricing shifts to actual consumption rather than per-head package rates, which often works out better for senior delegations.
